About Us
Leona Koster and Marion Serné began their careers in international and corporate settings. These were environments where strategy, collaboration, and a results-oriented approach were central. At the same time, they developed a desire to apply that experience to organizations with a clear social mission.
The move to a large healthcare organization proved to be a turning point. There, they saw firsthand what well-funded projects can mean for residents, clients, staff, and the quality of care. They developed plans, oversaw initiatives, and observed just how much of a difference it can make when content, implementation, and funding truly reinforce one another.
Based on that experience and conviction, 2MakeItHappen was founded. Since 2012, we have been helping organizations secure grants and funding. Our first projects were in the healthcare sector, and many of the partners from that time are still our clients today. We are proud of that.
We have since grown into a team of dedicated and knowledgeable consultants. We combine strategic insight with the ability to get things done, and we have a thorough understanding of the landscape of grants and subsidies. What sets our team apart is our ability to think critically, our attention to detail, and our enjoyment of working together.
We serve as a sounding board for executives and management teams, and we also provide support to project leaders who need funding to bring their ideas to fruition. We take a critical look at the situation, ask the right questions, and develop plans that are convincing—in terms of content, finance, and strategy.
